Lakeside Pavilion Information for Product/alpaca Display
This Premier Regional Field Day attracts 30, 000 + visitors over 3 days
Visitor hours: Fri & Sun 9am – 4pm AND Sat. 9am – 5pm

For the first time our Lakeside Pavilion bookings are to be made via the AAA, eAlpaca website
We are lucky to have the Lakeside Pavilion so all our sites are undercover and it is centrally located
A few points re your booking:–
BOOKING to be made by 24th February
SAll bookings entitle exhibitor to a 3 day pass and one vehicle entry per site.
There is a limit of 3 alpacas per 2.4 x 2.4 site with NO livestock outside allotted pens during visitor hours
Exhibitors are asked to provide their own straw for the pens for the alpacas.
If an alpaca is stressed, convenor will recommend appropriate action.
Public liability insurance is covered by the AAA membership.
AAA shall not be liable for any loss of or damage to the exhibitors property.
Exhibitors can share a site with another AAA member but may not sub-let all or part of their site.
Vehicle parking during visitor hours is in recognised parking areas only.

All alpacas brought to Farm World will need to have a South American Camelid Waybill completed and forwarded to the convenor prior to the event, click here for form
Allocation of sites are the total discretion of the convenor. Site preferences will be considered and every endeavour made to satisfy your preferences

Information/Educational Event
In addition there will be an alpaca information and educational event held in the nearby, under cover, Rotunda on the Sat and Sunday 25/26th March. Scheduling details will be provided closer to the date.
