NAB PROCESSING OF PAYMENTS

 
The National Australia Bank upgraded their payment system on 31 May and are subsequently experiencing difficulties with this upgrade.  As the AAA uses the NAB as our payment gateway, this upgrade has affected the processing of AAA payments (Membership renewal, online shop and registrations).  This hardware upgrade is still to be completed and in the interim there will be some issues with timeouts and processing of payments. The NAB have advised the issue is 100% at their end, it is system wide and nothing to do with how it interacts with the ABRI software.  We are in constant communications with the NAB who will rectify the problem as soon as possible.  In the meantime we would appreciate if all members could hold off processing transactions until further notice.  As soon as we know, we will advise you accordingly.
