Alpaca Production, Demographics, Health and Nutritional Management in Australia Survey by Imogen Boughey

As a part of my PhD, I am distributing a survey regarding demographic information (production zone, herd size, breed) and nutritional management practices and issues. The study is open to anyone who owns alpacas. All information is de-identified to keep your information anonymous.

The aim of the survey is to gain insight into how alpaca owners are managing their stock and identify common procedures and management issues across the country. This information will aid in developing research to improve nutritional management and feeding practices in alpacas as well as provide insight into some knowledge gaps in alpaca production in Australia.

If you are interested in completing the survey and would like more information, you can access a participant information statement and the survey through the link below
