The success of AAA largely depends on our small but dynamic team of staff and Board members who are passionate about seeing the Australian alpaca industry evolve into a viable and sustainable primary industry.
Our team are experienced in business management, finance, marketing, administration, education and training, strategic planning, research and development and corporate law.
The AAA Board is elected by our members and have the overall governance responsibility of the Association. The business of the Association is governed by the Directors, who have defined duties and responsibilities under the Corporations Act and the AAA Constitution.
The AAA has a small but dedicated team of three staff members located in our national Canberra office that work directly with our Board and members to achieve the best outcomes for the industry.
